It’s not every day that you get the opportunity to give everyone in the firm a pat on the back for a job well done, so it’s important to take the opportunities when they come along.
Intelliflo were the proud winners of the Best Technology Provider at the Professional Adviser Awards last week. It is the fifth time that we have won this award and it bears testimony to the continued hard work and dedication of everyone at Intelliflo in always striving to provide our clients with a constantly improving service and practice management system through Intelligent Office (iO).
We have always aimed for a ‘best of breed’ approach at Intelliflo and this award shows that we are doing things the right way. We always strive to innovate and improve iO and we like to think that we have been at the forefront of offering our users cloud based functionality as well as a means of expanding their business offering.
In the recent times we’ve really been able to accelerate the improvements to iO. Our Personal Finance Portal enables advisers to offer automated advice alongside their traditional business offerings and attract the next generation of clients that will need financial advice – the wealth in waiting. This technology will help to close the advice gap and makes saving for the future more readily accessible for everyone.
We are also working hard to embed our open API infrastructure. It will enable advisers to make iO fully customisable to their business needs by interacting with a limitless pool of third parties and service providers that they can interact with through our app store.
So whilst this is an opportune moment to take stock and thank everyone for their hard work and our clients for their continued support, it also shows me that we are on the right track and fills me with great excitement and enthusiasm for the challenges ahead.
