On Thursday 24 November, four Intelliflo team members are going to brave a cold night outdoors in an effort to raise money for the homeless charity, Centrepoint – a noble cause to justify facing the harsh reality of a winter’s night on the streets of central London that befalls so many every day.

Hamish Purdey, CEO, Jo Gilbey, marketing director, Roxanne Corrieri, support manager and Dan Moody, digital marketing manager, are aiming to raise £1,125 each on the back of their efforts. Last year, Centrepoint raised over £538,000 in a UK wide initiative that saw some 2,000 people gather up their sleeping bags and hit the streets for a night to raise money and awareness for the plight of the UK’s homeless.

Whilst I am by no means the first Roxanne to spend a night on the streets, I’m looking forward to the challenge and supporting a great cause! says Roxanne. I appreciate that this is a one off challenge for us, but I really hope that our efforts can make a difference to those that face this as a daily reality, not a one-off.

Dan, a self-confessed insomniac, is also optimistic about his efforts. I’m well versed in a difficult night’s sleep, but this will be a whole different kettle of fish! Hopefully lying awake in the middle of the night on the streets of central London will bring a small benefit to someone else – that will make it all worthwhile.

Jo has already been out and purchased a heavy duty sleeping bag for the occasion. The last time I slept in a sleeping bag was glamping at a festival in the summer – I suspect this experience might be a bit different and definitely a bit colder. I hope our efforts can make a difference to youngsters who face the cold, fear and insecurity of living on the streets.

Finally, Hamish was inspired by the commitment of the others to raise money for such a worthy cause. I’m really proud of the guys taking this challenge on so I’m delighted to be joining them. I’ve got enough cricket talk in the locker to ensure that they all get a good night’s sleep, too! I hope the rest of the team will really get behind us as well and help us reach our targets. It would be amazing if we could raise £4,500 between us and make a bit of difference to people facing every day and night on the streets.

Everyone at Intelliflo is supporting Roxanne, Dan, Jo and Hamish. If you would like to support the work of Centrepoint in trying to make life a bit easier for the thousands who sleep rough every night, please donate via our Sleep Out page: https://sleep-out-2016.everydayhero.com/uk/team-intelliflo-ltd

Good luck, guys!
