Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office (iO) Personal Finance Portal (PFP) is being enhanced with the integration of DocuSign’s Digital Transaction Management (DTM) platform and eSignature service, enabling advisers and their support teams to obtain online signatures for essential documents quickly, efficiently and securely – 100% digitally.

Users of iO will be able to send agreements for eSignature with DocuSign – currently used by more than 225,000 companies and 85 million users in 188 countries – at a preferential rate from early next year, following a pilot with a selected group of users.

Nick Eatock, Intelliflo’s Executive Chairman comments: “The integration of DocuSign will allow our clients to streamline the document signature processes with their end clients for all sorts of important agreements, speeding up the approval process and improving overall operational efficiency to create a better client experience.”

Neil Hudspith, DocuSign’s President of Worldwide Field Operations comments, “We’re pleased to have Intelliflo join the DocuSign Global Trust Network to bring the power of DTM and eSignature to more companies and individuals around the world so that they can keep life and business moving forward with DocuSign.”

Rod Reed, Chief Marketing and Technology Officer at Alexander House commented “Innovative systems like DocuSign have revolutionised the way we do business and get rid of the dreaded 'paper'. We use DocuSign with all clients and suppliers and we are getting product providers to see the value of doing business digitally. An efficient, legal and instant way to obtain signatures electronically – it saves us money on paper, ink and printers. No more fighting through boxes of paper files, 'lost' post and days waiting for important arrivals - this is definitely the way of the future.”
