Nearly two years since launching its iO Store, Intellifo has analysed the most popular apps downloaded by users of Intelligent Office and discovered that independent research and investment tools top the list, with almost twice as many being installed as the next most popular category.
The top five categories are:
- Research/investment tools
- Pension/investment/insurance providers
- Cash flow modelling
- Risk profiling
- Email tools
The iO Store launched in January 2018 and enables new software partners and other providers to publish their functionality as integrated offerings that can be quickly and easily installed by users of Intelligent Office.
Nick Eatock, CEO and chairman of Intelliflo comments: The iO Store has made accessing integrations simple and quick and over 8,000 have already been installed by users of Intelligent Office. Through the use of open APIs, service providers are able to make apps easily available, expanding access to a huge range of tools that help speed up business and increase efficiencies in adviser firms.
There are over 50 apps currently available via iO Store, including Assureweb, Defaqto Engage, DocuSign, Dynamic Planner, CashCalc, FinaMetrica, Genovo, and i4C. Pension and investment companies include Aegon/Cofunds, AJ Bell, O&M and Standard Life.
